Doi-Edwards 應變張量 (Doi-Edwards Strain Tensor)

本文比較簡單剪切形變下 (shear deformation),Doi-Edwards 應變張量 Q(γ) 之值。Equation 1 為沒有任何假設,Eq. 2 為 independent alignment assumption (IAA),Eq. 3 為 Currie 近似。
由下圖比較結果可知,Currie 近似 (藍色) 可用於取代計算耗時的 IAA (紅線)。


對於剪切形變 (shear deformation),當應變很小時 (small γ),Eq. 1 變成
Qxy(γ) = 4γ/15 + O(γ3)     (4)
